A romantic stay among cobblestone streets
great selection quiet room powerful spray clean room
The included breakfast featured a huge selection and i found the quality very good. Staff kindly accommodated my request for a quiet room on a higher floor. the shower had a powerful spray! the room was very clean upon arrival.

large windows good breakfast
The location was great! the rooms had character, with large windows i loved. i appreciated the discounted cava at secret garden on tuesdays. It was a nice perk. breakfast was good, with a solid selection.
The lack of coffee in the room was a drawback. I missed having that first cup without going downstairs.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially in the breakfast room. They were efficient and cute. the staff even opened the restaurant fifteen minutes early for me to get to the airport. their attentiveness certainly enhanced the overall experience.

the room was pretty and clean, with a very comfortable bed and soft bedding guaranteeing a restful sleep. the renovated bathroom was also very clean and well-kept. there were large windows in the room giving lots of natural light, i loved it.

breakfast offered a great number of food choices. the food was fresh and tasty, everything from the eggs to the vegetarian sausages made by chef oscar were delicious. the restaurant was clean and the service was great.

weak stream huge draft
Breakfast had a LARGE selection and the staff were efficient.
The shower had an weak stream. It made rinsing off soap difficult. the room was very cold. I needed two duvets to sleep. The windows let in a HUGE draft.

The breakfast offered a great variety and high quality. The location allowed easy access to many areas of interest. I walked almost everywhere. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions.

Solid Hotel in the Heart
breakfast choices helpful staff
The breakfast choices impressed me. The chef cared about guests, and the staff helped with everything. I also got a breakfast box because I had to leave early one day.
The standard room I booked seemed small. It looked more like a budget room, and tea and coffee cost extra. This differs from other hotels in the area.
